4'-DMA - 7,8-DHF initial experience report

I got my 1st bottle delivered 15 min ago.
Capsules seem to be sealed. I couldn't pull them open. Still went the sublingual route.
T+5 min. Seems a bit more calming than 7,8dhf, & I feel more noticeably focused but not stimulated (that could be the 3 shells of kava that I had since late this afternoon).
I am always watching for placebo effects, so it may take a few days to verify this. I'll report back.
Thanks ND, MYASD, & team.

Subtle and calm mood boost is how I'd describe the acute effects as well so far.
More interesting is that I'm noticing an amazing clarity to mental visualizations since I started taking this stuff yesterday. While falling asleep last night I was "listening" to music in my head with such clarity that is was almost like listening to it firsthand. I could actually feel the texture of the sound and hear all the little details. I probably have hundreds of songs worth of music floating around in my head and it's normal for me to have one of them playing in the background almost perpetually, but I can't recall ever having an experience like that where I can play it back with such fullness and clarity.
I also played piano in my head a little bit, and again I have never experienced a visualization of playing an instrument so clearly. I was even making mistakes in challenging parts of the piece I was playing. It was like all the neural circuits for playing the piano were firing, short of actually moving my fingers.
While this was going on I noticed a tingling sensation in my temples and between my eyes behind the bridge of my nose. This sensation, which I'd describe as pleasant, is still present today after a second dose.

Very nice! Thanks for the anecdote! It definitely makes things like music more pleasant, that's for sure. I also get that tingling sensation when listening to music on certain compounds. I always assumed it was a dopaminergic thing.
