Yes, on par with Curowhite or better for me. It also doesn't give me the over-stimulated effects that Curowhite can when I am on an AMPK--heavy stack like I am now. So right now I am off Curowhite and on Rephyll. If I drop some of the other AMPK things from my stack, I will switch back.
