Can you have too much of this? I like making juice with the powder but would like to also just take these every morning for consistency. What’s a reasonable upper dose? Thanks

I suppose you could have too much of anything. I personally take 250mg twice a day, and that is good for me. I was using the powder, but I have now switched to the tablets. They are really nice tablets, and are scored down the middle so you can break them in half.
