Is it me or is almost every online store now including "tax" even though they aren't located in my state. Even with 15% off my order I didn't save anything more than if they didn't charge their "tax"

We hate it too! We have to pay thousands of dollars for systems to track, charge, and remit this payments to almost every state around the country now. It's insane to us, but we are required by law to do it now.
