NAC benefits?

Hi folks,
M35 here. My main issues are overthinking, worrying, lack of focus/brain fog and low luteinizing hormone.
Three days ago I've added NAC 500mg to my stack (shilajit, agmatine, boron, vit D, vit E, vit K, EGCG) and what I've experienced is less brain fog and anxiety, more energy and, even more interesting, greater assertiveness.
Do you think it could depend on NAC or it's placebo, considering that it has been just two days? Or maybe it depends simply on the rest of my stack?
I'd be great to have also u/MisterYouAreSoDumb opinion on this.
Thanks!

It's likely the combo of agmatine and the NAC. Those are two very common ones that people with your issues report having good effects. The EGCG might be helping as well, by lowering neuronal glutamate. Pair that with the glutamate modulating of agmatine and NAC, and you got a nice little stack for lowering overthinking/worrying.
