Low blood pressure with fatigue & "everything" lowers blood pressure

I have tendency towards low blood pressure (it doesn't go above 110/80 as far as I can tell but can go a lot lower).
It's hard to say for sure how much it contributes to feeling fatigued and sluggish in general, however coupled with certain stressors like swimming in cool water (causes dizziness which can get severe with nausea when going out of the water), lying down for too long (if I lie down for >30 minutes I am almost always sluggish), or blood pressure lowering substances I am pretty sure it has a major negative effect on my well-being.
From what I read it does seem blood pressure under 110/70 has a strong relationship with fatigue statistically even when adjusted for confounding factors.
As far as doctors are concerned it's not an issue, and they don't consider it clinically relevant.
I guess if you are really fit with a strong heart it's not an issue, but often I get super tired after just walking for an hour, and I am not particularly strong, doesn't seem to be normal in that context.
I just bought 3 products from nootropicsdepot (tongkat ali, lemon balm, immune defense).
I have to observe it for a bit longer, but so far it seems at least 2 of those products cont…

Wow, I just tried rosemary which we grow in our garden because it's supposed to be a traditional treatment for low blood pressure, and the effects were much stronger than I thought.
I felt a smooth but strong stimulation and clarity of mind, nicer than caffeine (although I have a tolerance to caffeine, without tolerance caffeine does have a pretty neat stimulatory effect.)
The blood pressure reading was 10-15 points higher (measured three times) than before which is enough to get me completely out of the range of hypotensive symptoms, while caffeine just raised my pulse to 85 without much of an effect of blood pressure.
/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb have you looked into rosemary seems like it potentially has interesting nootropic and other health properties that are quite different from anything you have available right now.
