Hello everyone!
I have never taken as many supplements at once in my life. I am thinking it would be a good idea to share what I take, in case it is too much or there is a bad interaction in there. I am also interested in any comment or advice on my stack.
So here is what I take, everything coming from ND when possible:
Morning empty stomach
\- Tongkat Ali one 2% capsule (200 mg)
\- Primavie Shilajit 1 capsule
\- Phenylpiracetam 100 mg
\- Alpha GPC 150 mg
\- Fish oil triple strength one gelcap
\- CoQSoL 1 gelcap
\- Vitamin D+K+B6 (+ three days of the week I add advanced complex B ultra by AOR)
\- Microzinc 1 capsule (20 mg)
\- Ester-C
\- Cordyceps 10:1 extract 1 capsule (250 mg)
\- Lion's Mane 8:1 extract 1 capsule (500 mg)
\- 1g agmatine (gonna reduce to 500 mg )
\- 300 mg Longvida Curcumin
\- 600 mg Sulbutiamine
Before bed
\- Ester-C
\- Red Reishi 8:1 extract one capsule (500 mg)
\- Curowhite half tablet
\- 750 mg uridine monophosphate
\- Magnolia Bark extract 1 tablet (200 mg)
\- Lemon balm 10:1 extract 1 tablet (500 mg)
\- Oleamide 1 capsule (100 mg)
\- Melatonin 0.3 mg
\- Bacopa extract half tablet (150 mg 24% bacosides)
\- Gotu Kola ext…

We can't get piracetam anymore. Customs won't let it into the country. So the price on there probably reflects the limited/nonexistent supply at the moment.
