My tracking doesn't make sense

I'm in the UK, I have been checking my tracking and on the DHL eCommerce Tracking website it shows my package was scanned in Compton, CA on 18th and 19th of November but when I check the local postal courier tracking number it shows it was scanned in Germany on the 18th. There hasn't been any movement since then.

Okay, so what is happening right now is because of logistical issue due to COVID-19. Space on cargo planes is way down right now, due to less flights. This means that there are capacity issues across the board with international shipments. Our standard mail is DHL Ecommerce. So what has been happening lately is instead of handing over to plane going direct to the specific countries in California like usual, DHL is flying them to their hub in Germany first, then putting them on planes out from there. They are NOT clearing the packages through German customs, though. They are just using Germany has a hub, because they have more control over the space on freight planes there than they do in California. It might look like German customs is holding/clearing people's packages even if they are not in Germany. However, that is not the case. The German hub is just a transport switch. They still travel to the individual countries to be cleared by the local customs. It's just that instead of traveling directly there from California like pre-pandemic did, they are going through Germany first.
