Decided to go with free shipping this time, It got here in the fastest amount of time that I've ever received a package how did it happen I'm stunned I cant even imagine how it could have been done. Literally just ordered it late last night and I'm looking at my package this morning

Do you use them to fulfill orders or is that done in house still? My Fedex package arrived 1 day earlier than expected too. Fedex seems to be upping there game. Ups has been horrible lately.

Fulfillment is all in-house with the team I have built over the years. We have built out our own processes and SOPs for getting things out fast and correct. It's taken a lot of work to get to the point we are now. It does us no good to get things out the door if they are wrong or messed up. So we have had to build out our procedures to not just be quick, but be accurate as well. My fulfillment team's error rate is less than 0.1%, and they actually have bonuses each pay period for not making mistakes. We have built out the processes and given them the tools to be able to quickly and accurately get orders out, while also rewarding them for stepping up to the task. They are doing a fantastic job!
