What are the differences between OptimALA and sesamins extract ? Why would I choose one over the other ? TIA

OptimALA is a mixture to two highly bioavailable forms of alpha lipoic acid and a high sesamin sesame extract. The sesame extract we are talking about here is just a standalone one. So you would take OptimALA if you wanted the effects of alpha lipoic acid and sesame together, and take the new one if you just wanted sesame. Plus, sesamin and sesamolin can increase the bioavailability of other supplements, too. So having it as a standalone is good for those that want to add it to their stack, but don't necessarily want the ALA from OptimALA.
