DynaMAX and Caffeine Tolerance

Would DynaMAX build up caffeine tolerance if I take one cap only everyday and no other additional caffeine source?

I know everyone is different, but is there a study indicating the threshold of caffeine amount before caffeine tolerance builds up in the brain/body?

Caffeine always builds tolerance. That's because it is a non-selective A1 and A2A adenosine receptor antagonist. I am not sure there is a clear threshold between what does/does not cause tolerance. It will cause some tolerance at pretty much any dose.

Yes, most Americans are dependent on caffeine. That's true. Withdrawal is variable. I can go cold turkey off 300mg a day caffeine without issue. My wife cannot, and gets headache and low mood. So it depends on the person
