Very Excited About Gotu Kola!

Original post in this thread

I just put an order in for Gotu Kola (as well as a few others). I am extremely interested in how it is said to work well with other GABAergics or other nootropics that work on the GABA system.

I have lemon balm extract and magnolia bark extract, as well as others that it seems to pair nicely with like Ashwagandha (all of their offerings), oleamide and l-theanine. I also have the Nigella Sativa extract. Not to mention Magnesium Glycinate and any others that might help with sleep support (other than Bacopa).

I’m going to have fun pairing these for nice stack combos.

I’ve been on GABAergics all my life due to GAD, and I’ve found natural substances have seen to help me just as much. I’ve also been an insomniac as long as I can remember.

Anyway, just excited for this order. Wish I had known about Gotu Kola a lot longer. Thanks to their blog I learned about it when I did!

Any problems for long term usage? like 6 weeks weeks by max? i recall i came across a study about that, I'm thinking of taking it for circulation improvement to minimize varicose viens symptoms, no a solution ofcorse.

Not that I have found. Evening dosing seems to be best.

No dosing games?

It's a massive frustration of mine with other brands. Sellers will unnecessarily spread doses over multiple capsules to increase capsule counts, to seem like a better value. This is to trick consumers into thinking they
