Eurycomanone seems to also be an antibiotic and antifungal, but I have no idea how strong it is in those areas... Are there any know risks of negatively impacting the microbiome if taken daily for too long ?

Tongkat ali is mostly antibacterial towards gram-negative bacteria. Propbiotics are almost always gram-positive.

Everything is more complex than it seems on the surface. However, I don't think there are any studies investigating the effects of tongkat ali on various probiotic strains, so we can only speculate.
