I didn't start ND. I started Ceretropic back in 2013, and ND was ran by another guy here in town. We became friends, and I bought ND back in 2015, then brought it under my team. In fact, our relaunch post for ND was 5 years ago yesterday.

As to your capital question, yes it has been very capital intensive to build ND to what it is today. I basically reinvested all profits for years to grow it, and our overhead these days is insane. However, accomplishing my mission was always going to be expensive. There were a few times when we would have gone out of business had one more thing gone wrong, but we got through those hurdles.
