Longvida - How do you consume it?

It doesnt seem to dissolve in water at all. I'm wondering, how do you people take it?
I use turmeric in cooking on a daily basis (Indian cuisine!) And was wondering if I could directly add it to my dishes when cooking? Would the heat make it less effective? I'm assuming yes, and so haven't tried it yet.
Edit: this is for the powder version!! Realising now why people choose capsules (especially with NAC.... 😷 But it's such a good deal $ and quantity wise + it dissolves in water easily so I don't mind it)

It won't dissolve in water because it is a solid lipid curcumin particle. It's a lipid membrane surrounding it to allow it to shuttle into your body. I am not sure how cooking would affect it, but I would imagine it might break down the particles some. If you want to cook with something, our new Curowhite is great for that. It was developed to be stable in cooking, due to the cyclodextrin surrounding the hydrogenated curcuminoids. Longvida was not really designed with cooking in mind. You could put it into a smoothie, though.
