1 day before tue expected delivery date i receive a call (no answer) then an sms saying I need to "urgently=urgentemente" contact them via email.
They sent me a standard form to compile, in which i declare quantity and description of goods and that they are for personal use.
I later discovered that the limit for personal pharmaceutical use to import in italy is for 30 days of medication and my order goes above that. (200€)
In the importation law/form: "If the quantity if not modest and does not fall in personal use quantities the goods will be rejected"
Also, there is a potential severe penalty for importing unapproved pharmaceuticals without prescription, even for personal use it seems
Has anyone of you had a similar issue?
I don't know if I should send them the form or ask for a resend and get credit.

Does this usually happen? I am contacting your support team
Tldr: paranoid, need to make sure about custom clearance

No, definitely doesn't usually happen. We had one guy in Italy it happened to multiple times, but not other customers. I think they had his address flagged for some reason. Your order is for personal use, though. They can't argue that. Also, they are not medications. 30 days seems really low, though. Are you sure that is right? In Canada it is 90 days.
