Choosing between mag glycinate and micromag

Hi everyone, I hesitate between the two because I wonder if mag glycinate can compete for absorption with free glycine, I take 5 grams of glycine at night and the between chelates magnesium is that it can absorb through amino acids transporter right ? Comparing price/doses the glycinate is also cheaper.
Any idea ? Thanks for replies

As I've told you numerous times, well like twice haha, MicroMag is the only magnesium I can actually feel a difference ...
And that includes all FORMS of magnesium I have supplemented throughout the last 10 years or so... Including the big boy, Magnesium Threonate.
I felt Threonate was a waste of money (highly subjective and works amazing well/better for many folks) as I tried 2-3 bottles and I didn't receive any special brain powers or anything 🤓
I'm always appreciative of your knowledge and Always thinking outside the lines.
And a lot of that credit goes to your staff as well but you're the master guru among the other gurus. That's just my humble opinion 🤜🤛
PS-Prime example about ND.
Yesterday was a holiday and somebody still took time to ship my order I believe I ordered Sunday.
That may seem subtle to many folks, but believe you me ...that's the kind of things that only the top-notch companies do for their customers. And I'm never afraid to tell anyone y'all are numero Uno. It's kind of a no-brainer, with pun intended.

Thanks for the support! Yeah, we had our warehouse crew come in for a 4 hour shift yesterday. We do that on many holidays so that we don't get overwhelmed. Some of the main ones like Christmas we don't. However, the smaller holidays we do. This is especially true if the holiday is a Monday. That's because we will have Saturday night's, Sundays, Monday's, and Tuesdays all going out that Tuesday we come back. So if we don't at least have a half shit on the Monday, shit can get real crazy on Tuesday!
