No wonder all the credit card companies and payment facilitators (square, paypal) are posting such insane earnings, they're taking a chunky percent off thousands and thousands of transactions! Pretty wild. Props to you for doing what you can to keep your business profitable while still providing reasonable prices and shipping options.
I've spent a pretty hefty amount of money on Nootropics Depot, and I will continue to do so (and also recommend it to anyone I know even considering nootropics or supplements). The almost obsessive commitment to quality/testing, the wide catalogue of products, the fact that it is clear that you care about developing new products based on the scientific literature/traditional medicine/physiological mechanisms at efficacious doses, the fact that I can see the passion of the business in every description/new offering, and the peace of mind that any product purchased is the most consistent and best quality out there. Never regretted an order, even if it didn't work the way expected/desired it's still worth it to be providing a unique and beneficial compound to the body and have that option sitting in a cabinet for some day in the future. Being able to look through pages of chemicals, supplements, herbs, and being able to explore/try them all without worrying about a dangerous cut/lazy production impurity is priceless.

It's bullshit! The payment processing industry is making billions off being a middle man. They literally just sit in between customers and companies and strong arm you into paying them. Then if you break one of their made up rules, they will drop you without notice and hold your money for up to 6 months. If you fall into a "high risk" category, they take more from you for the "risk" they are taking, which is zero... It's just highway robbery, but we have no choice. We tried other forms of payment, and people just won't do it. They want to use their credit cards. Everyone pays for it, though. Everyone's stuff online is more expensive than it would be if they were not taking all these fees and commissions.
Thanks for the support! I know most people don't realize everything going on in the background to make things available and convenient. Amazon has made people expect things for nothing, but they are not for nothing. Everyone is paying for them. Amazon ran at a loss for 10 years to push everyone else out of the market, and now they are making billions while paying ZERO taxes because of loss carry forwards. We don't have venture capital funding to run at a loss for 10 years like they did. They know this. This is how they have destroyed small businesses. Now that they are the dominant ones, they don't have to compete anymore. They just shifted these costs to the consumers and to their vendors, though. The amount we have to pay Amazon to sell on there is even more ridiculous. Almost 37% of every order you make on our Amazon store goes to them.
A LOT goes into doing what we do. We spend so much money, and have so much overhead, ensuring things are right every time. It's insane all that we do. Sometimes people can think we have this crazy profit, but we really don't. The bulk of things goes into the cost of the product, lab testing, and the fees we have to pay to facilitate transactions/shipping. We try very hard to make things as reasonably priced as possible, while still ensuring things are done right.
