I've been silent for a while but not inactive. I still check pubmed studies pretty much every day and the great thing about MYASD and myself is we've pretty much arrived at the same stack over time without always communicating about it. It's actually funny his recent stint on longjack/eurycoma longifolia literally aligns exactly with mine...about a year and a half ago I tried it out as a workout supplement, not expecting much but was pretty blown away, and have been taking it daily since. ND's extract since it came out, obviously. I also love lemon balm, pomegranate, berberine...all very underrated. Anyway, I've been meaning to make a post about ginger, another underrated supplement, but I thought I'd start with this first, since it's very intriguing. I've been taking both ginger and collagen hydrolysate for a few months now and my mood/cognition/memory are the best they've probably ever been. I think GINGER itself is vastly underrated, and I'll make another post soon consolidating all of the relevant research, but collagen is also underrated. There are more studies showing collagen itself helps restructure the hippocampus. I can tell you anecdotally these two (ginger/collagen) while they don't sound the most exciting have been enormously beneficial to my mental and emotional health.
Now, what I don't exactly understand is the process of creating Ginger-…

Agreed. One of my employees has been taking Alcohol Defense just during the day, and noticing improved memory and mood. Taking our ginger extract from that, and doing a standalone, is in the works.
Regarding the Ginger-Degraded Collagen Hydrolysate, I am going to have to research a bit more. This is actually the first time I have seen a study on it. So it is new to me.
