The ND site is giving me “Server Error, something went wrong...”

Looks like something is timing out since sometimes page load, sometimes not.

Tell Bigcommerce that! They gave an alert saying "Selective stores are having server issues. We will fix soon." They did fix it fairly quickly, at least.
