Agmatine or Lemon Balm allergy?

I've been taking lemon balm for about a month and finding it very useful, and agmatine for a few weeks and finding that useful as well.
My girlfriend started taking both 3 days ago, and breaks out in a rash within an hour of taking them. Always limited to her chest and stomach.
Obviously the first thing we'll test now is taking them in isolation, but has anyone else experienced this with either, or even seen reports of it? I can't find a single thing in Google Scholar, Reddit, etc.

I have not experienced it, nor has anyone told me they have reacted to those two in that way. Allergies can be strange, though. I would try each individually to see if you can isolate it. Agmatine does increase nitric oxide, which dilates the blood vessels. That usually improves skin conditions, though.
