good interactions with 7,8-DHF?

Original post in this thread

Hi folks,

Which are the best supplements that go along well with 7,8-DHF, in order to help with focus, self-confidence, motivation and “more optimistic” mood?

So far I’ve seen that polygala, and maybe agmatine, should stack well with it.

What about adaptogens (I was thinking mainly at Cordyceps, ginseng GS15-4, ashwagandha) and other supplements?

Thanks!

You are forgetting that MYASD knows (almost) everything :-) hope that he’s chiming in to give his feedback /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

It depends on the person. 7,8-DHF goes well with a lot of things. Berberine and CoQSol-CF are good ones to take with it. NMN as well. I do like cordyceps and GS15-4, too. Frankly you can't really go too wrong with 7,8-DHF combos.

I actually mountain bike, so I get where you are coming from. Everyone is different, though. Some of the things you mention that you don't react well to, I do. However, this is what I would do. * CoQSol-CF * NMN * ALCAR

Replying to faxmulder · Which are good interactions, other than cordyceps? Is it working well with polygala, Nigella sativa and 7,8 DHF?

It combines great with all those. I also combine with CoQSol-CF and NMN for energy. I have not really found anything it doesn't combine well with, at least for me personally.
