Leaf Extract vs GS15-4 user reports for Ginseng?

I'm interested if anyone has taken both of these Ginseng products separately and what difference you noticed between them. I am trying to decide between them and desire something that can give me a boost for studying and memorization without giving me "jittery with eyes locked forward and tunnel vision" effect. I have really bad brain fog and chronic fatigue, but caffeine in general is too strong for me while B12 gives me anxiety. Salidrosol is great but works more for physical energy than it does for mental energy and I'm looking for mental energy to combat chronic fatigue.

I've been taking them separately and together. Personally, I think GS15-4 is more noticeable. The leaf extract does something but it takes longer to work and I just don't see a ton of value from taking it alone.
Taking both is an excellent boost, the GS15-4 kicks in fast and then the leaf gives it a boost after an hour or so.

GS15-4 works faster because it is pre-metabolized into compound K. That's the reason they developed it. The leaf extract needs more time to convert in the body to the active compounds.
A cool combo is PanaMAX and GS15-4, because you get the quick effects from the GS15-4 with both leaf and root extracts, plus the bioavailability enhancement of the schisandra.
