Anyone tried high doses of the NMN?

ND’s product was only recently released but curious if anyone’s tried large doses, 500mg-1g (4-8 tablets), of their NMN yet? Thinking particularly that in the case of a hangover or being sleep deprived (maybe both) this may be interesting.
