Issue with empty Longvida capsules

Hello, I'm an avid Nootropics Depot customer, swearing by the brand and buying everything from here if possible, for the quality if not for the price.
I've noticed something weird about Longvida I ordered not too long ago, however. The inside of the bottle was very grittily and powdery when I first opened it, as if some of the capsules were broken and the powder has escaped. This turned out to be true that when I found at least 5 to 6 empty capsules when I'm not even half-way through the bottle. Those capsules had a tiny corner broken, and apparently the Longvida powder has leaked out of them after being capsuled.
Again, this has never happened with any other supplements from ND, and the quality of Longvida from ND is superb compared to other sources, as I can tell from how it helps my wrist pain. It's just that Longvida (and only Longvida so far as I found out) has multiple capsules broken inside. It's not the biggest dealbreaker, but at the same time Longvida is not the cheapest supplement, so I'm feeling a bit of reservation and want to see if there could be some improvement coming.

The order number is #895931. The lot number is LVDCS1120219. Thank you so much for looking into the issue!
Edit. I did notice that the material of the capsule (how it felt when it touched the fingertips) was certainly different from any other capsules from ND. It felt a bit more dry, stiff, and brittle.

Sure enough! That lot number was one that used starch capsules. We already switched back to methylcellulose. So I will have my team ship you out a replacement with the cellulose caps.
Sorry for the issue! We tried out those starch ones hoping they would work out, but they were just too brittle. So live and learn! Methylcellulose always from now on.
