FedEx Shipment Tracking issues?

Anyone else seeing this? I ordered something that has been sitting in Memphis for a couple days now without moving.
I'm wondering if either:
* FedEx is pushing shipments without tracking scans to increase shipping velocity like USPS is doing.
* or; my shipment has been stuck in Memphis.

FedEx should be scanning all packages. They are not doing the no-scanning thing like USPS is right now. I assume you are domestic? If so, we have a contract with FedEx that gives us delivery guarantees. So if they are taking too long, we can get the money back for the shipping for you. Send me your order number, and I can look up the details. FedEx has been pretty godly with their domestic shipping from us, but there are a few stragglers that get lost in the system somehow. We will get you taken care of, though.
