Best Noots for attention on ND?

I've been trying many different noots in the last couple of years, piracetam and phenylpiracetam make me feel weird. I'm looking for something that will help me raise my energy levels & sustain attention. Most ADHD drugs activate my sympathetic NS and I suffer from neck pains/tunnel vision.

Tried many different amino acids but nothing actually made me feel anything.

What do you like the most on ND?
