How could sleep support be keeping me awake?

when you say "trying it", do you mean every night, or Sunday nights or occasionally? I've been taking 2 every night, (the old zinc formula) for over two months now. In the past I also took a fair size dose of valerian capsules, and more recently Vicks PureZzzzs most nights, probably 5 days a week. Occasionally Benadryl (diphenhydramine), although I believe it depletes choline, so I try to compensate. Also I've been experimenting with CDBs, etc. I still have sleep problems, and lately got into a pattern where I fall asleep after sunset and totally throw off my circadian rhythms. Not good. So I certainly can sympathize, but I don't have great news for you.
Firstly, there's an important issue of quality of sleep, which is why I continue to take this, and actually my main goal after researching all the ingredients. Most OTC sleep medicines are not good to take every night, unlike ND Sleep Support.
I've certainly tried substances that work faster: beer, usually with high hop content to get that extra hop herbal advantage, but still this results in poor overall quality of sleep. I've not used so much cannabis/THC products, but I've known a lot of people smoking pot regularly in order to sleep, and the main problem is that it suppresses REM sleep, which is needed for full, deep sleep. You may have luck falling asleep using cannabis, but still need to catch up, maybe with extra n…

That's exactly what we designed it for. There really are not any sleep supplements out there trying to improve sleep quality and make the product useful for everyday use. Everyone concentrates on making you tired or sleepy, but ignores sleep quality. I didn't just want to create another product that made people drowsy, but did not improve the quality of sleep they had. This is a much more difficult thing to do, and many times the products that make you feel the most drowsy win out. That's because people associate drowsiness with good sleep, but that's just not how it is. You need a sleep tracker to really see the data on what your sleep quality is every night. I thought I was a good sleeper till I got an Oura ring and Dreem2. I figured because I could fall asleep easily that my sleep was good. I was VERY wrong. Sure, I fell asleep quickly, but I was not getting any restful sleep. I never would have known that without a sleep data tracker like Oura or Dreem.
