Question about the NMN tablets’ shelf life

I live in Canada, so to save on shipping, I want to buy 4 months worth in one go, do the NMN tablets have an expiry date? Does it start to lose effectiveness after some time? What’s the best way to store it?

Yes you can. I take it once when I first wake up, then once again in the afternoon.
