Sorry everythings such a mess for you guys. I can report the package itself arrived in normal time (2 weeks) . No i'm really not sure what the reason the cost is what it is. A $50 value item costing £29 in imports fees , seems high. Eminem brought out limited edition Stan hoodie other day far at $60 think il have to give it a miss now. To clarify £29 is now the minimum for 5 items because its $10 per item and thats also using the cheapest shipping option. So £29 is minimum any UK person would have to pay for 5 items in import fees.
Having inspected the import fees closer, £21 is Import tax and £8 is a royal mail handling fee. Eiher way I dont know how the caculate 20% of $60 (including shipping vat) to be £21, should be more like £11. maybe they added a new category for supplements with higher vat r something around 40% that i can't see it on .gov .

I am having my team look into it. Maybe they can figure out what the deal is. Seems like they should not have charged you that much.
