Alpha GPC capsules - 150mg of total Choline, or 150mg Alpha GPC (~60mg Choline)?

Per molecular weight, Choline makes up about 40% of an Alpha GPC molecule, hence 150mg of Alpha GPC dhould contain 60mg of Choline.
Considering that, are the 150mg capsules on the website 150mg toral Choline or 60mg?

Oh, thanks. My only concern was excessive TMAO from a too high total dose of Choline. Does Alpha GPC break down in the stomach to Choline and GPC, or get absorbed intact? And if it is absorbed intact, does it deliver more Choline to the brain than an equivalent dose of Choline Bitartrate?
Also, what about 150mg Alpha GPC + 200mcg Huperzine A? Does this combo work well?

Alpha-GPC absorbs whole, and works directly in the body. It eventually does break down into choline, but that happens in serum. Yes, alpha-GPC absolutely delivers more choline to the brain than choline bitartrate. A lot more.
Some people do get good effects from 150mg alpha-GPC and 200mcg huperzine-A. Just be aware that inhibiting acetylcholine stearase and increasing choline levels can make ACh levels go up really quickly. So just be aware they will compound with each other when taken together.
