Hey all, this was my first time ordering from Nootropics Depot and of course I was super excited for my order to come in today, it was only for 3 items, but I was sad to see that I was missing the Immune Defense 120ct, which was the one I was extra excited about because I've been feeling under the weather for a week now.
Does anyone know if they normally ship items separately? I don't wanna jump the gun by panicking, but I'm just curious about anyone else's experience with this. Thanks so much! =)

Lol. I already knew about it before, as I’m sure you did, but yeah. They’re in a lot of trouble due to how they do things there, with the virus disrupting their absurd practices.

Trust me, I know all about it. We have been dealing with some legal issues with a Japanese company for over a year. It's insane how archaic and slow they are!!! Honestly, it is resulting it me avoiding dealing with any other Japanese company because of it. It's just cultural there. They do things their way, and their way is fucking stupid! I'd rather just avoid any business dealings with Japanese companies going forward. They will screw you any chance they get, and they will take so long to respond to things that you won't know you are being screwed for months! I really don't know how they have not crashed more than they have. It's like working with a shady company from the 80s, but with a language and cultural barrier. LOL
