Hey all, this was my first time ordering from Nootropics Depot and of course I was super excited for my order to come in today, it was only for 3 items, but I was sad to see that I was missing the Immune Defense 120ct, which was the one I was extra excited about because I've been feeling under the weather for a week now.
Does anyone know if they normally ship items separately? I don't wanna jump the gun by panicking, but I'm just curious about anyone else's experience with this. Thanks so much! =)

We do not ship items separately. They always come in the same package. It's rare, but sometimes my shipping department misses an item. We can ship it out to you, though. You said you already emailed my support team?
