Sleep Support w/ Zinc issues

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb - I ordered ND Sleep Support with Zinc off of Amazon on Saturday. Amazon showed the old bottle with zinc so I assumed you still had it. It arrived yesterday (Wednesday) and it's the new formula (as far as I can tell as it has no mention of zinc on the label). I contacted support on Wednesday and they told me the old formula was gone and that I could return what I had.
So I get another Sleep Support email a few minutes ago and it still has the verbiage and link to Amazon for the old formula. Are you truly sold out of the zinc formula or am I getting the run-around from your staff?

Sorry about that! My team screwed up. They took off seller-fulfilled inventory on Amazon, and were only supposed to have FBA enabled. However, someone from my team added inventory back into seller fulfilled. So when you ordered from Amazon, It likely did not go to the Prime option. It instead shipped from our warehouse direct. Then my fulfillment team just pulled from the shelf here, which is now the new formula. That's why it got screwed up. We have since removed the seller fulfilled option from Amazon. So now any Amazon order will solely come from an Amazon warehouse, which is the old zinc formula. It was just a weird screw up because this is the first time our Amazon FBA stock and the stock on our shelves here are different formulas.
Sorry for the confusion. The person who answered you from my support team was mistaken. We absolutely can get you the old formula. I will make sure my team gets it shipped out to you today. They should be contacting you via email.
