New products in the pipeline?

I was wondering if there are any new products coming out soon, as I'm about to make an order one of these days. Decent shipping to Belgium is hella expensive so I can't afford it to make multiple orders one after the other...
I'd understand if most (or all) new products are delayed due to Covid19 ofcourse, I'm just curious!

Would you please stop blowing up the nootropics world mister lol.
By the way, I just bought three more products from your fantabulous company this morning.
It is literally the only supplement/nootropic company anywhere that does everything within your and your staff's power the proper way.
Kudos as always my friend

It's my pleasure! I am glad our efforts are appreciated!
For tongkat ali specifically, it would have been here by now. However, we are going direct to the farm/manufacturer for this one. They told us that all the tongkat ali they send to the US is irradiated to kill microbes, and they asked us if we would accept that. Well that threw me down a rabbit hole of learning about the science behind irradiation so that I could make an informed decision. I know it sounds scary, but many things that sound scary are perfectly reasonable from a scientific sense. I did find that to be so for irradiation. They use cobalt 60 to pass gamma radiation through the fully packaged product for a short burst. These gamma rays hit the chemical bonds in the product to ionize them. This affects DNA way more than other compounds. So the net effect is that the gamma rays destroy the DNA in any microbes that might be in the sample. It does ionize some of the things in the product, too. However, it affects DNA way more. So while it does create some ionized compounds in the 1-30ppm range, it mostly affects the living things. It's a good safe way to sterilize things.
That being said, I asked myself why it would be needed. It is a safe process, but is it absolutely necessary? I see it like pasteurization. Pasteurization is a good process that has reduced food-borne illnesses since its inception. However, is is always necessary? I think not. It essentially could be masking a breakdown in cGMP higher up in the production chain. We would not have to destroy the DNA of microbes in a product if they were never introduced in the first place. So I made the decision to have the manufacturer forego irradiation. However, this is resulting in a few delays because we have to do full microbial lab panels on the non-irradiated stock for us, to ensure it meets our microbial specs without that step in there. However, I think customers will appreciate us thinking about these things, and taking the steps to ensure we are only doing things if they make scientific sense to us. It does result in some delays, and sometimes our competition beats us to release on some of these things. However, at least every one of our customers knows they don't have to worry about what they are getting from us. We have looked under every rock, then scientifically dealt with anything we found, long before it would ever affect a customer.
