No, agmatine is the most effective for the smallest dose. However, it does have mental effects that some like, but others don't. Agmatine is an NMDA antagonist. So for a purely circulation standpoint, citrulline malate is a good choice. Citrulline malate is also an ammonia buffer, which can stave off fatigue. So it has that going for it, which is nice.
