Hey.
On the specification sheet of the 800mg magnesium glycinate capsules box it says that 12.5-15% is magnesium. Does that mean that 12.5-15% of each capsule is elementary magnesium?

Yes, since magnesium has an RDA (recommended daily allowance) from the FDA, you have to list amounts of elemental magnesium. It's the same for any metal or vitamin with an RDA. So for example if you have calcium ascorbat
