How does MicroZinc compare against zinc picolinate and L-OptiZinc?
Thanks in advance.

I talked about the technology a bit in this comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comments/c9o9f5/im_having_a_little_trouble_finding_information/et7al77/
That was in relation to Micromag, but it is the same patented technology. It is encased by a sucrester, or sucrose ester. It's a very good zinc. We were originally going to use L-Optizinc, but they got weird with the minimum doses they were going to allow us to use. Zinc is one that you don't want to overdose, and we felt their rules surrounding what dose you had to use were flawed. So that forced us to look for a different patented zinc, and that's when we found this Italian company doing the Sucrosomial technology. I am glad we did, because this zinc works better than any other I have tried. Some of our customers have been very impressed with it, too.

We also have a pretty good blog on it.

I also spoke a little about Microzinc and copper, too.
