Diet and Nootropics

I am a huge fan of ND, and I have been taking nootropics and supplements from you guys for years now!
I’m always very interested in reading what you all take nootropics/supplement wise, but I was randomly curious as to what MYASD and the rest of the team at ND do diet wise?
It is my opinion that nootropics can make a largely positive difference in many aspects of life. I also feel that in conjunction with a good diet the effects are further amplified.
I’m sure you are all very busy, but if any of you get the time I’d love to hear about your diet/nutrition!

I personally fast 22-23 hours a day. So I have one meal a day in the evening, and eat nothing the rest of the time. It took a while to get to this point, but now that is my normal. I don't get hungry till the evenings now. The meals I eat in the evenings are actually made for me by a nutritionist. That's the base of my meal. Then I have other things I eat with it, like aged meats and cheeses, to get me to the calories I need. It works really well for me. I feel better while I am fasted. My cognition is better. I also don't have to waste all that time eating multiple times a day, and figuring out what I am going to eat. Honestly, forcing myself to eat multiple meals a day now just makes me feel like shit. At first I would not be able to workout in a fasted state, so I would eat if I was going to workout. However, now I have gotten used to it. So I can do my workouts in a fasted state without issues now. The only exception to that would be if I was going mountain biking. Then I eat beforehand, as I don't want to be out on the mountain and completely drained of energy.
As for my team, we have over 70 employees now. So their diets are going to vary drastically. We're not crazy weirdos like some of those other companies out there where we mandate how our employees should eat. A couple people try intermittent fasting like me, but the vast majority don't.
