I’d understand if you’re avoiding making them. Just wanted to check. I’ve been reading about some anaerobic strains that look quite promising.

Cool! I’m not sure if M. vaccae has been studied enough, but fascinating for sure. Here’s a journal writeup on the Christensenellacea genus, interestingly associated with improved health in a number of areas—I think that’s rare for a Firmicute (based on our limited knowledge).
