Some love and questions

First off, I love you guys at ND. You are my favorite company ever. There is no company with such amazing customer support, shipping speeds, and prices.
But the QUALITY!!! The fact that you test ALL products for 99+% purity is admirable.
I ordered some phenylethylamine from liftmode and litterally felt like I was cheating on ND. You guys are the best.
Question section:
I have: Phenibut hcl, alpha gpc 99%, adrafinil, noopept, fasoracetam, and phenylpiracetam.
I own the nootropics depot scale*
I have lots of difficulty measuring dosages for the noopept, and racetams since they are such low weights.
Is there a technique to weighing tiny weights like 10mg? The scale says there is 0.000g and is jittery and such.
I have successfully recalibrated the scales but that wasn't the problem.
Thanks, ilysm

The scales are always most accurate when they are loaded with some weight. As you add more weight to them, they will become more accurate. Also, ensuring you are on a stable and level surface is key, and many people forget about air movement. So weighing under an AC/heating vent will affect things in the low end of the weight range, as will too much heat/cold. So finding a stable level surface that will not move, and is not under/near AC/heating vents or fans, and ensuring you are in a stable room temperature environment will ensure it is as accurate as it can be. Don't be afraid to use the little wind shield on it, either. Airflow affects more than you would think.
And remember, these are $25 scales. They are not going to be as accurate as a precision lab balance. We have a $40,000 scale in our lab. That's a microgram scale, and has two separate automated wind shields and an auto-leveling mechanism. That's a bit overkill for your purposes, but our precision milligram lab scales are in the $3,000 to $5,000 range. Our NDS-201 is very accurate for what it is, but getting 100% accuracy below the 10mg mark requires some more advanced machinery than $25 can buy. We are going to be offering another higher-end scale for those that want more accuracy and precision, but that will be more expensive. We do test and calibrate all our NDS-201s, and their accuracy is extremely impressive for their price. However, that accuracy usually comes into play if the load cell has a bit more weight on it.
