Vision Supplements Like Lutein & Zeaxanthin?
Original post in this thread

One of the suckier things I've noticed as I age is diminished visual acuity. I particularly notice being able to see less at night. It's a pain because I've also always had to wear glasses.
Anyway, from my research Lutein and Zeaxanthin have some evidence backing them up as a supplement for vision. If anyone knows anything else for vision, feel free to comment.
Are these in the pipeline for future products?

What I've read is related to protection against age related macular degeneration. That's what the most recent meta review looked at anyways.
This is something I'm more just wanting to experiment with, even with less evidence.
I think I'd like to read the sequel to this whenever they release it: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/2331205X.2019.1683939

I can definitely look into it more. I'd be interested in trying them out myself, too.
