Vision Supplements Like Lutein & Zeaxanthin?

One of the suckier things I've noticed as I age is diminished visual acuity. I particularly notice being able to see less at night. It's a pain because I've also always had to wear glasses.
Anyway, from my research Lutein and Zeaxanthin have some evidence backing them up as a supplement for vision. If anyone knows anything else for vision, feel free to comment.
Are these in the pipeline for future products?

There are studies for them preventing age related macular degen, preventing UV damage, and their filtering of blue light (which anecdotally I've noticed as reduced eye strain when I'm on the computer all day), but I don't know of any showing repair/reversal of existing damage.

I can definitely look into it more. Even if it just prevented the degradation, that's still useful.
