How would you suggest taking the 10:1 Cordyceps?

Empty stomach? No coffee? If I have had coffee earlier how long should I wait until I should take the Cordyceps? Same question regarding food. And how long should I expect for it to last?

Empty stomach is best. You can take it with coffee. They actually go well together. Effects last 4-6 hours.

My cordyceps congealed! Any way to rescue it? I haven’t gotten any water in it, I changed out the desiccant packets, but now it’s become a gooey lump. My Red Reishi purchased in the same order is still a powder, stored in the same conditions. What’s going on?
