My wife has been experiencing some pretty serious anxiety and depression and I am so skeptical of benzos. In your opinion if I could go with one non habit forming supp or a stack for her what would it be. I know a few years ago you were pretty high on zembrin, but you guys don't offer it anymore. I've been looking at your panamax. But would love your input on anything I may be missing.

I can't really give you suggestions for diseases. That's a big no-no from an FDA perspective. I always suggest speaking to a doctor about serious issues like depression and anxiety. They can be difficult things to address, and that is usually best done under the supervision of a doctor. Finding a good doctor that knows what they are doing can be tough, but they really do help when you find a good one. Having gone through depression myself, I know the stakes. I don't want her trying to self-medicate, then getting something wrong and that causing a spiral. I almost took my life multiple times in the past. If I had, none of this would be here right now. The stakes can be high, and loved ones around the person battling it may not see how serious it has gotten. It is better to be safe than sorry. I would suggest at least consulting with a doctor that specializes in depression to start.
