Anyone else getting insomnia from sleep support?

For the first week, Sleep Support was giving me the best sleep of my life. At the peak of the benefits, I was hitting 3:30+ of deep sleep and waking up feeling incredible. Now that's all changed. It still causes drowsiness, and I almost doze off but it feels like my brain is "stuck" on. I've tried adding plenty of magnesium, 300mcg of melatonin, 400mg of phosphatidylserine, and 4mg copper (to offset zinc) but nothing works. The only way I'm able to "turn off" the weird head sensation is with a dose of ZZZquil.
Is it the Zinc that has somehow started causing too much stimulation? I'm hoping to soon try supplementing with the individual components one by one but need to wait until I have the extra funds. It was pretty devastating to start experiencing this since the initial week was so pleasant. Nothing else was added or removed from my stack at this time, and I'm taking very little else at the moment.

Full stack (once a day unless noted):
Vitamin D 8k IU (dosage I need to keep blood level stable)
Vitamin B-complex x 1 capsule
Vitamin MB-12 1000mcg x 1 sublingual
Vitamin K2 100mcg x 1 softgel
Whole Salmon Oil x 1 softgel
Horse chestnut Extract 250mg x 1 capsule
Berberine 500mg x 1 (twice a day)

I don't drink caffeine regularly, and if I do, no later than 12:00pm. I was sleeping 8-10 hours beforehand, with lower amounts of deep sleep. I sleep fine now without Sleep Support. My sleep onset is always extremely quick, taking no more than 5-10 minutes. I ran out of BH4 2 weeks before taking my first dose of Sleep Support. It's also been about 5 months since my last cycle of ipamorelin.

It could be the zinc. I've noticed that some people do get paradoxical reactions to zinc at night.
When do you take the horse chestnut extract? That's one I don't have any experience with. It seems that aescin is the active ingredient. It looks to be a serotonin and histamine antagonist. There are other things in there, too. Most of them don't have a lot of data, though.
If you normally sleep well, just don't get enough deep sleep, I would suggest just using our lemon balm tablets. Simple is sometimes better if you are just looking for a specific effect. When you have a bunch of ingredients all working together, sometimes the interactions can throw things off. I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. It's just that my sleep quality was not ideal. I would not get enough deep sleep. Well I sleep well on our Sleep Support, but usually I just take our lemon balm tablets and sleep just as well, if not better. For me, 500mg of our lemon balm is all it takes to push my deep sleep into an ideal zone. You might even just try a single capsule of Sleep Support, and see if that does the trick. We tried to make a universal stack, but sometimes one size doesn't fit all. Sleep Support was more tailored to people that have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, and with sleep quality issues. If yours is just not enough deep sleep, you might get more mileage with a lower dose or single ingredient.
