Testing as a Service

So with Ceretropic and IRC.bio gone, there is pretty much no conveniently reliable supplier for the rarer nootropic substances. As a result, I'm sure there is great interest in group buys for 3rd party testing. I'm guessing the main reasons why they never end up happening are:
1. Requires someone to take initiative. Most people just assume they are alone in wanting this.
2. Requires you to trust a stranger (the person who will perform the buy on behalf of the group).
3. Limited options for payment (usually people from non-US countries will not be able to contribute).
4. Simply not as convenient as visiting a website and clicking a few buttons.
One example where there was interest but it didn't work out smoothly- https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/950cpg/group\_test\_for\_bromantane/
So I was wondering if ND, being well-known and trusted in the community, would be willing to be that central party to handle the group buy. That would solve all the issues mentioned above. Perhaps there could be an option to either do the tests in-house (when the needed equipment is availab…

If you don't have the infrastructure to test others' products this precisely, how can I know that your own products are safe?

We do more testing than literally anyone else in the industry. We truly are going above and beyond. Nobody is going to the level we are, and anyone can take any of our products to a lab and testing them as much as they want. I have no doubt everything is exactly as it should be. However, I no longer can run all the machines we have in the lab. I am not qualified to run all the advanced equipment and methods. I have a team of people that do it, and they have decades of education and training that I do not. This is why I hired them. So myself personally cannot just go into our lab anymore and run samples for people ad-hoc. The complexities are too high, and the documentation and regulations are very strict. So if I were to offer testing as a service, MY TEAM would need the bandwidth to run the testing. This is not a business model we have ever done before, so it is something we have to build and fit into the business structure. My team is busy doing our own testing. They do not have the bandwidth to run testing for other people at the moment. I would have to hire more advanced people, which are VERY expensive. So to do that I would need to ensure the revenue they would generate from outside testing would at least offset the increase in overhead to have them on my team. That requires a proper business plan and structure. We will get there, but I built our lab to test OUR products. That's their model right now. To test other people's products we need to migrate that to a different model. We physically COULD test other people's product, and we do all the time for R&D and business purposes. However, to offer it as a service is a different business model that needs to be stable before I am comfortable putting my name behind it.
