Hi. I have recently made two orders and I have some concerns to raise with both orders. The first order (499795) was free shipping but it has yet to arrive and has been stagnating since 04/Oct when I checked the tracking no. From what I understand it has the wrong address but im in limbo as I don't know where you sent the parcel. Which address did you use?! This was a very expensive purchase and its causing me a lot of stress
The second Order was returned to a local depot of mine as the address did not possess my door number. This one I have taken steps to resolve as the tracking info informed me that there was an incorrect address on the parcel. I contacted Parcel Force who will organise a redelivery. Im assuming you got the address wrong on my first order. Perhaps you didnt include the door number? I know i wrote the addresses perfect as i reviewed my order with care before i made it.

I have managed to track down order 499795 and have organised for that to be re delivered by parcel force however im very concerned about how long the big order i made (496084) is taking and the tracking info hasn't updated since oct 4... at one point do we consider it a lost cause?

We reached out to our DHL rep. We will see if they can find it. If not, we will reship a new one out.
