Is Coingate the only way to send bitcoin payments? The US is not supported :(

Am a complete novice when it comes to payments -- I see that the recommended payment method is Coingate, but it's not supported in the United States. Is there any other method I can use that can get the bitcoin in within the 20 minutes allotted time? Thanks so much!

Thank you so much again for walking me through the process! For ceretropic, I'm only getting twenty minutes to put my payment through. Is this normal for all customers? I will buy on coinbase today, transfer to blockchain.info sometime later, and hopefully the transfer to ceretropic will be fairly immediate when I buy from you guys tomorrow. Are there any transfer fees involved or do I just transfer over the exact amount?
I'm just super worried that I won't be able make the time limit. Fingers crossed!

Most customers buy the crypto ahead of time, and buy more than they need. Also, many people are holding crypto, and just replace what they use after the fact. Buying exactly what you need in the 20min after checkout is possible, if you get your accounts instant approved ahead of time. However, most don't do that.
