No, the post is fine. Any post that leads to good discussion is good to have. While, as /u/silverhydra stated, the risk is likely very low, I personally don't mix shilajit with tap water for this reason. I also don't drink tap water at all, really. It's no good here in Phoenix, especially Scottsdale, thanks in part to Intel dumping waste back in the 50s.
